We offer free shipping to addresses within the Netherlands for all orders above € 30.

Our rates are €2,95 within the Netherlands and €9,95 within the EU.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere within the EU. Our rates are €2,95 within the Netherlands and €9,95 within the EU.

If you are an English bookshop, why don't you ship to the UK?

We are a small business, and as much as we wish we could support our customers overseas, due to high import duties we can't offer shipping to the UK.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 2-3 business days. 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the purchase.
Please send us an email at Support@LoveNotesBookstore.com so we can expect your package. 
The item must be in original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.
*Blind Date with a Book is non-refundable

Please keep your proof of return. If the package is lost, we may ask for this track & trace code. Love Notes Bookstore is not responsible for lost packages.

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know via email at Support@LoveNotesBookstore.com.
